He is the Founder and President of Banks Brown, a management consulting firm that specializes in providing leading-edge skills to optimize the performance of leaders and organizations.
Beginning his career as a consultant to The Procter & Gamble Company, Dr. Brown has provided professional advice inside companies such as: Avon Products, Inc., McDonald's Corporation, ExxonMobil, Coca Cola USA, General Electric, DuPont, Shell Oil Company, Eastman Kodak Company, General Mills Inc., Motorola, Inc., The Associated Press, Pfizer, Inc., Kaiser Permanente, Ernst & Young, Arthur Anderson, Darden Restaurants, People Magazine, Sony Pictures Entertainment, and Reebok International, Ltd. His consulting relationships with McDonald’s and Procter & Gamble have spanned 30 years and 22 years, respectively.
