A psychologist, who has served as a prime consultant to major Fortune 100 corporations for over 30 years, Dr. Ron Brown is considered a leading expert and innovator in the fields of Leadership Development, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Organizational Change. He is the Founder and President of Banks Brown, a management consulting firm that specializes in providing leading-edge skills to optimize the performance of leaders and organizations.
Beginning his career as a consultant to The Procter & Gamble Company, Dr. Brown has provided professional advice inside companies such as: Avon Products, Inc., McDonald's Corporation, ExxonMobil, Coca Cola USA, General Electric, DuPont, Shell Oil Company, Eastman Kodak Company, General Mills Inc., Motorola, Inc., The Associated Press, Pfizer, Inc., Kaiser Permanente, Dignity Health, Ernst & Young, Arthur Anderson, Darden Restaurants, People Magazine, Meredith Corporation, Sony Pictures Entertainment, and Reebok International, Ltd. His consulting relationships with McDonald’s and Procter & Gamble have spanned 30 years and 22 years, respectively.

He holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.A. and B.S. from Michigan State University.
